nice clip. one comment though. the right guy somtimes parries/blocks the knife edge with his checking hand. (assuming its a double edge) isnt that a no-no in knife fighting? theres also knife to knife parry.

Yup we've met before during our PTK demo (with Yuli Romo's Bahad Zubu).

I wanted to learn JDC-IO because I wanted to learn largo mano. I'm a PTK person, but I always find myself focusing into largo mode especially when sparring instead of going Media-Corto (which PTK specializes in). So since I'm more of a largo player, I wanted to learn from the best largo mano styles around. Going corto is the least of my problems because I am a big guy. Crashing into someone using punyo, elbows, knees, headbutts is easy for me. Not that I'm good at it. Its just I wanted to take advantage of my stick/sword work, handling and control.

Sure! maybe we can meet up. I can't wait to learn more about largo mano.
